The short rods go on the front and the long one in the rear.
The lift height is controlled by the electronic sensor connected to he air suspension system. Small adjustments in the length of the rod are enough to adjust the height by inches. They may appear to look similar but they are actually a different size by a certain amount of millimeters depending on the height adjustment. A 2.5 inch lift does not correspond to a length change of 2.5 inches in the rod.
Thanks for clarification on that. I'll be putting them in this weekend as I'm getting a tyre rotation and alignment as well.
